These Terms of Use are a separate agreement from the general Doroo Terms & Conditions, which govern the Doroo+ software itself. This document specifically governs your participation as an affiliate — a "Partner" — in the Doroo Partner program: your promo code, referrals, commissions and payouts. By creating a Partner account you agree to both.
"Doroo," "we," "us" or "our" refers to the Doroo ecosystem of products. Understanding what a Partner actually promotes helps make sense of the rest of these terms:
A "Referral" under this agreement means a customer who purchases a Doroo+ license, subscribes to a paid Doroo ecosystem service, or takes another commission-eligible action defined in your dashboard, using your unique Partner promo code or a tracked Partner link.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to become a Partner. Businesses and individuals may both apply.
New accounts are created with pending status and are reviewed before your promo code becomes eligible for real discounts and commission. We may decline or delay approval at our discretion, for example if the information you provided cannot be verified.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@doroo.net if you suspect unauthorized access. The information you give us — name, email, phone, and payout details — must be accurate and kept up to date; commissions cannot be paid out against stale or incorrect details.
Once approved, you'll receive a unique promo code that gives your referrals a discount and attributes their purchase to you. A referral is only counted, and only earns commission, when it is completed through your code or tracked link and meets the eligibility rules shown in your dashboard (for example, a genuine, non-refunded purchase by a real customer who was not already an existing Doroo customer, unless your dashboard states otherwise).
We reserve the right to review, adjust, or reverse a referral's attribution where there is reasonable evidence of error, abuse, or a violation of Section 7 (Partner conduct).
Doroo Partner uses a tiered commission plan. Your rate is not fixed — it is based on how many referrals you've brought in the trailing 12 months, and increases automatically as that number grows. You do not need to apply or ask for a tier change; it is calculated for you.
| Tier | Referrals (trailing 12 months) | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1–10 | 10% |
| Growth | 11–30 | 15% |
| Gold | 31+ | 25%, plus immediate payout on request |
Your current tier, rate, and progress toward the next tier are always visible in your Partner dashboard. We may adjust these tiers, their thresholds, or their rates from time to time; any change will be reflected in your dashboard and will not apply to commission already paid out.
Because your tier is based on a rolling 12-month count, it can also move down as older referrals age out of that window, not only up. When your tier changes, the new rate applies to your confirmed but not-yet-paid commission balance as well as to future referrals — it is not locked in at the moment a referral is completed. Commission that has already been paid out is never recalculated or reversed on account of a later tier change.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Pending | Referral recorded; still within the refund/chargeback window. |
| Confirmed | Commission is added to your available balance, priced at your current tier. |
| Reversed | Referral was refunded, cancelled, or found to be invalid — commission is removed. |
Commission amounts, balances and history are visible in your dashboard in real time. If you believe there is a discrepancy, contact us within 60 days of the referral date.
You may request a payout of your available balance from your dashboard once it reaches the minimum threshold shown there. Payouts are sent using the payout method and details you provide (for example a bank account or mobile payment account) and are typically processed within the timeframe stated on the payout page — this can vary based on your bank, payment provider or country.
You're responsible for providing correct payout details. Doroo is not liable for funds sent to an account you entered incorrectly. We may request identity or payout-ownership verification before releasing a payout, particularly for first-time or unusually large requests, as an anti-fraud measure.
You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations (income tax, VAT, or otherwise) that apply to the commission you earn under this program in your jurisdiction. Doroo does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless legally required to do so. Where required by law, we may ask you for tax identification information before processing a payout.
As a Partner, you agree that you will not:
Referrals generated through prohibited conduct will be reversed, and we may suspend or terminate your account under Section 10. Serious or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of an unpaid balance tied to the violation.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Doroo name, logo and approved marketing assets (available in your dashboard) solely to promote your promo code, for as long as you remain an active Partner. You may not modify the logo, imply that you are an employee of Doroo or an official Doroo storefront, or use the brand in a way that could confuse customers about who they're buying from. This license ends automatically if your Partner account is suspended or terminated.
How we handle the personal data you give us as a Partner — your contact details, payout information and activity on the platform — is described in the Doroo Partner Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Any non-public information you receive through the program — commission rates, dashboard data, unreleased features, or marketing materials marked confidential — should be treated as confidential and not shared outside of your own promotional use of your code.
This agreement starts when your Partner account is created and continues until either party ends it. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without notice where necessary, if:
Commission properly earned before termination and not subject to an active fraud review will still be payable, subject to the normal payout process in Section 5.
The Partner program, dashboard and all related tools are provided "as is." We don't guarantee any specific level of referrals, earnings, or uninterrupted availability of the dashboard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doroo's total liability arising from this agreement is limited to the unpaid commission owed to you at the time the claim arises. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect a change in commission structure or a new product joining the ecosystem. If a change is material, we'll notify active Partners by email or an in-dashboard notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use your Partner account after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the same governing law and jurisdiction stated in the general Doroo Terms & Conditions. We encourage reaching out to us directly first — most account and payout issues are resolved quickly that way.
Questions about the Partner program or these terms can be sent to contact@doroo.net.
